Since 2008, Troy has been propelled by a clear vision to offer reliable maintenance support teams and innovative mechanical engineering solutions to a wide array of industries. The headquarters of his group of companies, known as Ultimate Engineering and Maintenance Services (UEMS), is nestled in the scenic Barossa Valley, South Australia. The company has experienced remarkable growth and now boasts a workforce of 70 employees catering to clients across both Australia and New Zealand. One of its key subsidiaries, Ultimate Profiling & Machining (formerly RAB Engineering), contributes significantly to its success.
Troy's commitment to cultivating strong partnerships with customers and fellow mechanical engineering service providers has earned him a well-deserved reputation. He firmly believes that the most favourable outcomes for clients can be achieved through collaborative efforts and mutual support within the industry.
